Dear Father of Michael and Joanne and Grandfather of Hannah and Summer.

Funeral Service, 12.45pm on Monday, January 16, 2017, at St. Mary's Church,Moreton, followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only but donations if so desired for The Midlands Air Ambulance, for which purpose a collection plate will be provided in Church.
