Beloved Wife of the late Fred Heath and Mom of Jon, Angela and the late Adrian.
Funeral Service, 10am, Tuesday, December 20, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for the Severn Hospice, Telford, would be appreciated.
