Funeral Service, 12 noon, Tuesday, December 13, at Telford Crematorium.

An item of Mum's favourite colours, lilac or pink are most welcome to be worn.

Family flowers only but donations which are to be divided between Autism West Midlands and Wards 15 and16 of The Princess Royal Hospital would be appreciated.
