Of Mount Pleasant Road, Shrewsbury. Passed away suddenly at Stoke University Hospital, on November 12, 2016, aged 66 years.

Beloved Husband of Sue, devoted Dad to Shell, Deb and Pun, Father-in-law to Jon, Ant and Daz, adored Grandad to Lily, Poppi, Esme and Ceejay, a loving Companion to his dogs Alf and Bentley.

Dave will be sadly missed by all his loving Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Thursday, December 1, 2016,at 10am.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to the Severn Hospice (Shrewsbury and Telford), for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
