Passed away peacefully at Lightmoor View Care Home on October 22, 2016, aged 74 years.

Dearly loved Wife of Graham, much loved Mum to Allison and Gary and a devoted Nan to Ryan, Aaron and Holly.

Funeral Service to be held at St. Georges Parish Church on Tuesday, November 15, 2016, at 1pm, followed by Committal at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only but donations if desired please for The Alzheimer's Society, for which purpose a collection box will be provided in Church.
