Formerly of Coronation Crescent, Madeley, born in Devon, passed away peacefully, after an illness bravely borne on September 18, 2016, aged 93 years.

He will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service,2pm, Wednesday, October 12, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for The Midlands Air Ambulance would be appreciated.
