Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on July 5, 2016, aged 98 years.

Wife of the late John (Jack), dearly loved Mom of Margaret, Pat and Susan and devoted Nanny Fay to her Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren and Great- Great-Grandchildren.

Dearly loved and will be sadly missed.

Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium on Friday, July 22, 2016, at 11am.

Family flowers only please but donations to be divided between British Heart Foundation and Age UK would be appreciated.
