Passed away peacefully at The Royal Surrey Hospital, on February 25, 2012, aged 56 years.
Dearly loved Son of Sheila, Brother of Karyn, Tracey, Father of Chris and loving Uncle and Grandad.
David was born in Oakengates but hadspent many years living in London, for some months he had lived with his Sister Tracey in Guildford.
Cremation took place in Guildford, Surrey.
