Passed away peacefully at Myford House Nursing Home on February 14, 2016, aged 53 years.

Dearly loved Son of Margaret and the late Max Jones, beloved Uncle to Dean, Debra and Jenny.

He willbe sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, 11am, Monday, February 29 at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request.

Donations, if desired, will be divided between the Severn's Day Centre and Downing House, Wellington.
