Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford, January 3, 2016, aged 73 years.

Beloved Partner of Marlene.

Bert will always be in her thoughts and heart, loving him dearly.

Will be sadly missed by Brothers, Sisters, Children, Grandchildren and Friends.

Funeral Service, Monday, January 18, at Telford Crematorium, 3pm.

Family flowers only by request.

Donations in lieu of flowers for New Cross Cardiacand Stroke Unit would be appreciated, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
