Passed away peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on October 5, 2015, aged 91 years.

Much loved Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother.

Funeral Service to to be held at Telford Crematorium on Wednesday, October 21, 2015, at 1.00 pm.

Family flowers only, donations if desired please to be divided between Hearing Dogs for The Deaf and Guide Dogs for The Blind for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
