Formerly of Dartmouth Avenue and Clayton Pharmacy in Newcastle-under-Lyme , died peacefully on January 1, 2012, aged 78 years, at The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford, following a short illness.

Beloved Husband of Norma anda wonderful Father and Grandfather.

Funeral to be held on January 24, 2012, at 1.15pm, at St Peter's Church, Wrockwardine, Shropshire. TF6 5DG.
