On Monday, June 29, 2015, peacefully in hospital, Simon, aged 51 years. Formerly of Wem. Much loved Dad of Lisa and the late Shane, dearly loved Grandad of Ben, Lily, Jack and Jessie and a devoted Son of Susan and the late George.

Funeral Service at St Chad's Church, Prees on Monday, July 13, at 1.30pm, followed by Interment in Wem Cemetery.
