Of Hanover Court, Madeley, Telford, passed away peacefully at home, on December 4, 2014, aged 83 years.
Funeral Service, 3pm, Wednesday, December 17, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for The St John Ambulance would be appreciated.
