Passed away suddenly at his home in Middletown, on November 24, 2014, aged 61 years.

Beloved Husband of April, much loved Father of Julia, Nicholas and Jonathan.

A Celebration of his life will be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Thursday, December 11, at 1.45pm.
