Passed peacefully away on October 15, 2014, at Bluebell Park Nursing Home, Chellaston, aged 69 years.

The Funeral Service will be held at Melbourne Methodist Church, on Monday, November 3, at 11am, followed by Cremation at Bretby Crematorium.
