Of Walker Crescent, Fox Hills, St Georges, Telford. Passed away peacefully at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham on September 21, 2014, aged 58 years, after a long illness bravely borne. Loving Husband of Elaine and a dear Son, Son-in- law, Brother and Uncle.

Funeral Service to be held at St Georges Methodist Church on Thursday, October 9, 2014, at 1pm, followed by Interment at Wombridge Cemetery.

Family flowers only, donations if desired please to be divided between The Queen Elizabeth Liver Unit and Cancer Research UK, for which purpose a collection box will be provided in Church.
