Passed away at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on June 20, 2014, aged 61 years.

Beloved Wife of William, loving Mother of Stuart, William, George and Henry, a treasured Grandmother to Lily, Charlotte and Emmie.

Patricia will be sadly missed by all her loving Family and many Friends.

A Memorial Service to be held at St Andrew and St Mary's Church, Condover, on Tuesday, July 1, at 2pm.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to be sharedbetween The Shropshire Blood Trust Fund c/o O'Connor Haematology Unit at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and St Andrew and St Mary's Church, Condover, for which purpose a donation plate will be provided in Church.
