Formerly of Woodside, Telford, passed away at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on August 17, 2011, aged 62 years.
A beloved Dad and Grandad who will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service, 11.30am,Thursday, September 1, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only please but donations for the Dialysis Unit at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital would be appreciated.
