Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital following a long illness courageously fought, on March 20, 2014, aged 62 years.

Beloved Husband of Mary, loving Father to Ollie, Elliot and Toby, dear Son of Kathleen and the late Les.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Tuesday, April 1, at 3pm.

Family flowers only please.
