Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on May 3, 2011, aged 63.

Much loved Mother, Grandmother, Sister and Auntie.

Will be sadly missed.

Formerly of Worfield, Stoke-on-Trent and Beech Road, Bridgnorth.

Cremation at Stoke-on-Trent on Wednesday, May 18, 2011 at 1pm, followed by a Memorial Service at Bridgnorth to be announced at a later date.
