Of Dickens Road, Trench, Telford. Formerly of Oaklands Drive, Trench. Sadly passed away at The ITU at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on January 9, 2011, aged 37 years. Beloved Wife of Alwyn, Mother of newborn baby Harvey and the late baby Solana, dearly loved Daughter of Muriel and Malcolm and loving Sister of Denise, Tracey and Families.

Funeral Service Telford Crematorium, on Monday, January 31, 2011, at 11.15am.

Family flowers only, donations, if desired please, to be used for a charity of the Family's choice, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
