Of Grange Road, Ketley Bank, Telford, beloved Mother of Tammy, Nathan and Tanya, dearly loved Daughter of Roy and Elsie, passed away peacefully in hospital on July 19, 2010, aged 51 years.

Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium,on Friday, July 30, 2010, at 12.30pm.

Special request casual dress only.

Family flowers only, donations, if desired please, to be divided between The Princess Royal Hospital and The Severn Hospice, for which purpose a collection box will be providedat the Crematorium.
