Aged 61 years, of Little House Drive, Lawley Village, passed away suddenly at The North Staffordshire Royal Infirmary on July 5, 2010.

Much loved Partner of Lin, loving Dad of Victoria and Rebecca, a Grandad of Jack.

Will besadly missed by all who knew him.

Funeral Service, 4.15pm, Friday, July 23 at Telford Crematorium.

Black dress optional.
