Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury on July 7, 2016, aged 71 years.

Beloved Wife of David, loving Mum to Craig, Darren, Paul, Kelly and Gregory, treasured Nana to all her Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren, Sister to Marie.

Ann will be sadly missed by all her loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Monday, July 25, 2016, at 12.30pm.

Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury, for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
