Passed away at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on, November 30, 2015, aged 49 years.

He was a much loved Son, Husband, Father, Brother and will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service at St. Myllin's Church, Llanfyllin, on Monday, December 14, at 1pm, followed by Interment in Llanfyllin Cemetery.

Family flowers only but donations if desired to Diabetes UK and Arthritis ResearchUK.
