Funeral Service, 11am, Monday, December 16, at St Michael's Church, Madeley, followed by Interment in Castle Green Cemetery.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations which will be divided between Friends of Conakry Refugee School and The Midlands Air Ambulance would beappreciated.
