Barbara Christine Formerly of Dartmouth Avenue, Pattingham.
Passed away peacefully in hospital on April 12, aged 81 years.
Reunited with Husband Barry, will be sadly missed by Family and Friends.
Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Wednesday, May 8 at 11.30am
Family flowers only, donations are invited for the Mary Stevens Hospice and can be made via the marked donations box as you exit the Chapel.
