Devoted Wife of the late Cis.
Much loved Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother.
Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Tuesday, August 20, at 12.30pm.
Family flowers only please.
Donations if desired for St Georges Park Care Home Comfort Fund, for which purpose a collection box will be placed at the Crematorium.
