Jackie Of Woodside, Telford. Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, on July 1, 2019, aged 69 years. Loving Wife to Neville, much loved Mom to Nick and Stephen, cherished Grandma to Jack, Daniel and Lukas. Funeral Service, 11.30am Wednesday, July 17, 2019, at Telford Crematorium. Family flowers only by request but if desired donations to The Respiratory Community Team, Telford would be appreciated. Inquiries to:
