Passed away peacefully on August 13, 2018, aged 76 years.
Beloved Wife of the late Nev, Special Mom to Julie, David and Debbie, also a much loved Nan and Great-Nan.
Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Monday, September 3, 2018, at 1.30pm.
Flowers welcome please or donations to Alzheimer's Society, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
