Passed away peacefully at Boston Hospital, Lincolnshire, on May 6, 2018, aged 75 years.
Will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all of her Family and Friends.
Funeral Service, 12 noon,Thursday, May 24, at Alford Crematorium, Lincolnshire.
