Suddenly but peacefully at home, aged 48 years.
Of Queensway, Whitchurch.
A much loved Son of Jack and Brenda and a dearly loved Brother of Elaine and Peter.
Funeral Service at St Alkmund's Parish Church Whitchurch, on Friday, June 16, at 10.45am, followed by Cremation at Vale Royal Crematorium, Northwich.
Family flowers only please.
