Passed away at St. Kentigern's Hospice, St Asaph, on October 25, 2016, aged 49 years.
Dearly loved Son of Janet and the late Brian, much loved and adored Brother of Fay and Brother-in-law of Kevin.Loving Uncle of Grace and Elyse and Great-Uncle of Tia.
A Funeral Service will be held for Family and close Friends.
Donations to St. Kentigern's Hospice in St. Asaph, will be very gratefully received.
