Passed away peacefully in The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on August 27, 2016, aged 85 years.
Den will be sadly missed by his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Monday, September 19, 2016 at 11.30am.
Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to The British Heart Foundation, for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
