Passed away suddenly but peacefully on August 10, 2016 at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
Beloved Husband to Mandy, devoted Father to Emma and Simon, a loving Son and Brother.
Funeral Service to take place at 11am on Friday, August 26 at The Church of the Holy Spirit, SY1 4NG, followed by Burial at Emstrey New Cemetery, SY2 6PS.
Family flowers only please.
