Of Ketley Bank, formerly of St Georges, passed away suddenly at home on August 8, 2016, aged 69 years.
Very dear Cousin to Vanita, Val, Ginny and Verna.
Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Wednesday, August24, at 10am.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired for Cancer Research UK, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
