Philip
Passed away peacefully at home with his Wife Gillian by his side.
Phillip leaves three Children and seven Grandchildren.
He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
There will be a private Cremation at Hereford Crematorium on Monday, August 17.
Family flowers only please, with kind donations to the Ludlow Nurses, South West Locality Staff Welfare Fund.
