BALFOUR Jessie, passed away peacefully, in Ninewells Hospital, on August 3, 2015, a devoted wife of the late Robert, dearly loved mum of Jean and Bob, beloved sister of Jean and the late Wullie, dear mother-in-law to Geraldine and Jim, grandmother to Steven, Jennie and Elaine, and great-grandmother to Adam and Rowan.
