Passed away peacefully, at home on August 3, 2014, aged 77 years.

A devoted Wife to Terry and a much loved Mum to Neil, Gaynor and Elaine, a loving Mother-in-law to Craig, a treasured Nan to Amy, Jo and Arron, Sister to Dennis.

Phyllis will be sadly missed by all her loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Monday, August 18, 2014, at 11am.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to be shared between The Midlands Air Ambulance and the Severn Hospice, for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
