We watched you getting weaker as the hours went slowly by, it broke our hearts to lose you and we couldn't help but cry, we all sat at your bedside and you gently slipped away, we prayed for you and held your hand as you left us on that day.
As you walk through the gates of Heaven I know you are not alone, loved ones who went before you are thereto welcome you home.
Rest in peace.
From all your loving Family.
