Passed away on November 30, 2012, aged 74 years.

Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, December 13, at Five Ways Methodist Church, 12.45pm, followed by the Committal at Gornal Wood Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request, donations if desired will go to the Leukaemia Unit Appeal Fund Russells Hall Hospital.

Dad

We sat beside your bedside not knowing what to do, we held your hand so gently and quietly talked to you. We whispered that we love you and wanted you to stay but in our hearts we knew that you had to go away.

Sadly missed, Son Kelvin, Daughter Sharon, Son-in-law Darren.

Grandad

May you rest in peace and watch over us forever, missed and loved by both of us, the greatest Grandad ever.
