Passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, October 25, 2013, aged 71 years.

The devoted Husband of Mary and beloved Dad of Nigel and Mark, also loving Grandad of Lucy, a dear Uncle, Father-in-law of Sue and Jayne,a dear Brother-in-law and Friend.

Service will be held at St John's, Heath Hayes on Tuesday, November 5, at 2.15pm, followed by Committal at Stafford Crematorium.

Family flowers only, donations in lieu of flowers to St John's Church c/o Funeral Directors.

Derek is now resting in a Private Chapel of Repose in Brindley House Funeral Home.
