Passed away on October 24, 2010, in New Cross Hospital, with his Family at his side, aged 71 years, he will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, on Friday, November 12, at 11am.

You were a wonderful Husband, Soulmate and best Friend, always by my side, on you I could depend.

Your chair will not be vacate, my heart will be too, until we are together again my thoughts and my love will always be with you.
