Passed away at New Cross Hospital on August 13, 2013, aged 62 years.

The Funeral Service will take place at St Bartholomews Church, Penn, at 1pm, followed by Burial at Danescourt Cemetery, at 2pm.

The moment that you died my heart was torn in two, one side filled with heartache, the other died with you. I often lie awake at night, when all the worlds asleep and take a walk down memory lane, with memories that I keep. Remembering you is easy, I do it every day but missing you is a heartache that never goes away. I hold you tightly in my heart and there you will remain, until my life on earth does end, when we will meet again.
