Our much loved Mom, Nan and Great-Nan, sadly passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2013, aged 84 years.

Funeral Service is to take place at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Friday, August 30, at 2.50pm.

Family flowers only please, however donations would be greatly appreciated for Birmingham Children's Hospital and Sunnyside Kennel's, c/o Co-operative Funeralcare, Wombourne, 01902 892989.

She will forever be loved, missed and never forgotten by her Daughters Diane, Sharon, Julie and their Families.
