Sadly passed away August 18, 2013, aged 52 years.
Will be sadly missed by Mum Annie, Dad Ron, Brother Alan, Sister-in-law Sharon and all her Family and Friends.
Funeral Service to be held on Wednesday, September 4, at Sandwell Valley Crematorium at 2.30pm.
