Passed away on Wednesday, August 18, 2010, aged 75 years.

Funeral Service to be held on Tuesday, August 31, at 11.40am, at Gornal Wood Crematorium.

Family flowers only, donations gratefully accepted for The Stroke Unit at West Park Hospital.

You suffered so much but tried in vain to be a whole person again but the pain was too much and you had to leave, you were taken so quickly, I could not believe we never got to say goodbye but you are in my heart to the day Idie.
