Sadly passed away at New Cross Hospital, Wolverhampton, on Monday, December 19, 2016, aged 83 years.

The Funeral Service is to take place on Friday, January 13, 2017, at St Giles Church, Willenhall, at 12.30pm,followed by Cremation at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, at 1.30pm.

Family flowers only by request.

Donations in lieu of flowers for the Respiratory Ward, C19, at New Cross Hospital.

Lovingly remembered by Wife Julia, Son Gary, DaughterDiane, Son-in-law Sean, Granddaughter Sian, Sue and Great-Granddaughter Niamh.
