Passed away peacefully on December 22, 2015.
Funeral Service to take place on Wednesday, January 13, at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel at 10am.
Family flowers only.
Donations if desired to Air Ambulance and Compton Hospice.
Reunited with Wife Maureen and Daughter Julia.
